Located in the Newport Harbor, come spend your Sunday morning flowing on the water. Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga is an exciting and challenging new form of yoga. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or just a beginner anybody can master this extremely fun class!
9:45 – 10:45 am Power Yoga @ Club Fitness Addiction
Teaching at the premier fitness center, Club Fitness Addiction, my Power Yoga class is focused on building core strength and flexibility. The class is open to anyone and no matter what your level, I promise you will find yourself challenged and feeling so amazing after!
